On-Premise Value Calculator
Show a bar or restaurant the money side of switching. Put what they pour now next to what you are selling in, and the tool turns it into profit per serving, per week, and per year. The number does the selling for you.
How it works ▾
Pick the category and program. Spirits, wine, beer, or non alc, poured by the glass or sold by the unit. The fields adjust to match how that product is actually sold.
Fill in both sides. The well on the left, your feature on the right. For poured programs the tool works out cost per ounce, pour cost, profit per serving, and how many servings a container yields after line loss.
Read the lift. Enter the account's weekly volume and the tool shows the extra profit per serving, per week, and per year, plus a plain sentence you can say across the bar.

The profit lift
Pour cost is the liquid cost of a serving divided by its menu price. Lower is healthier. The color chip flags each side against a typical target for the category.
Profit per serving is menu price minus the cost of the liquid and any mixers or garnish. The lift is simply your side minus the well.
Servings per container account for line loss on draft, so the yield and the profit per container reflect what actually reaches the glass.
This calculator is a selling and planning aid. Numbers depend on the costs, pours, and prices you enter, and real yields vary with pour discipline and waste. Confirm an account's actual costs before you commit to a number. Built for the Beverage Broker Network by BevAssets and Frontline Beverage.
